Snakes on A Plane

Holy shit, it seems like I haven't blogged in forever. I've just been super-busy this week, what with school starting and whatnot. Anyway, back to my point...



I did manage to go to a screening of Snakes on A Plane on Sunday afternoon and I'm still very conflicted. The critic in me says it's just a god-awful movie that should'nt've been given the light of day. But then again, it made me laugh harder than any other movie this year. And I wasn't really rolling in the aisles because of the sheer horrendousness of it. It was just genuinely a really funny movie, with some scenes of complete balls-out hilarity (like when the woman who's doing the dirty gets bitten right on the nipple.)

I've decided to recommend it, not because you'll feel enriched in any way, but just because you're sure to have a great motherfuckin' time. (I'm sorry, I know I'm weak but I had to say it.)

Grade : B-

To add more enjoyment to the whole Snakes experience, right before I walked into the movie, the girl that was working the ticket counter was just raving to me about the movie. I'm quoting her correctly when she said "The plotline was really great; really, like, you know...intense."
